This report produced jointly by NAMHPAC and the
National Technical Assistance Center for State Mental Health Planning (NTAC)
offers examples from three states in which in the planning councils and the
mental health authorities have taken to heart the spirit of collaboration in
planning, advocating for and monitoring public mental health services.
